The opportunity

Evolve needed a digital upgrade to support rapid expansion. Their outdated website lacked engaging content and visibility, making it difficult for customers to navigate pricing and find relevant office solutions. Additionally, their sales team lacked a CRM system for structured lead follow-up, slowing down growth. We saw an opportunity to streamline their marketing, improve user experience, and create high-quality content that showcased Evolve’s spaces and offerings.

The process

We started by redefining Evolve’s digital presence, focusing on high-impact content and a seamless sales journey. A new Webflow website was built for easy management and better SEO performance. Simultaneously, we implemented a structured CRM system with automated lead qualification, digital contracts, and dashboards for tracking sales. Content played a key role in positioning Evolve as the go-to coworking brand. We produced engaging case films, location photography, and video ads that highlighted Evolve’s modern spaces and community feel. These assets were used across multiple channels to drive inbound interest and nurture leads. To enhance customer experience, we developed digital tools that allowed users to explore locations, get instant pricing, and complete bookings online. For the Open Desk product, we created a fully automated purchase and access system, giving users instant entry via a digital key.

The outcome

We built a modern Webflow website designed for lead generation, combined with strategic video content and case films to showcase Evolve’s locations. Custom lead generation tools were seamlessly integrated with HubSpot, enabling automated workflows for efficient sales and onboarding. Additionally, we developed a fully digital, self-service experience for Open Desk customers, making access effortless. Together, these initiatives created a scalable marketing platform that played a key role in tripling Evolve’s revenue.

​Leveraging Webflow's flexible and user-friendly CMS, we developed structured collections for locations, facilities, and location managers. This setup allows for rapid creation and interlinking of new location pages. Each page is enriched with municipality-specific content, incorporating relevant keywords in both the copy and metadata. By linking these pages to case studies, we enhance organic visibility and drive search traffic
